Marjie and I really felt everyone we dealt with at Seventh Heaven showed a level of customer service and commitment to your product that we don't often see. Even writing the check out at the end wasn't toooo painful, and the salesman explained everything very well as to registration, title, nation-wide service network (Route 66), etc. We are looking forward to years of enjoying our Jayco trailer. Oh, almost forgot, the sparkling juice and balloons were a nice touch too.

We stopped by at Seventh Heaven to purchase a new plug for our tow dolly. While there we had the steps to our motorhome checked as they had stopped working. We needed a new motor. We were not able to stay the three days for the motor to arrive. So we put the new plug in and went to leave and the stupid motorhome got stuck in park gear. Your men were absolutely wonderful, they tried everything they could think of to get it to shift down and finally it slipped down by accident. We found out it was because the fuse for the stop lights on the motrhome had blown which wouldn’t let it come out of park gear. Anyways we did want you and the men that tried so hard to do something for us know that we really appreciated their efforts. They also wouldn’t take any pay from us.

Recently we purchased a 2001 Holiday Rambler Admiral from Seventh Heaven. I want to take this opportunity to inform you that we were very pleased with the way Gary Lewis represented our interests. After the purchase, Will Beckham made sure that repairs were completed in a timely manner. In today’s busy world the effectiveness of quality employees sometimes go unnoticed. I did not want this opportunity pass. Both Gary and Will deserve compliments for the professional manner in which we were treated. About three months ago, I purchased an RV from your organization when you had the sale at the Boise fairgrounds, I dealt with your salesman, Dennis Riley. He was professional, knowledgable, polite, and friendly. When I went over to your store to pick up the vehicle, Dennis stayed with me throughout the sales and delivery process to ensure that I was completely satisfied and that I was familiar with the operation of the vehicle. He has since called me on two occasions to ensure I am still pleased with my purchase. The shop forman, who made the minor adjustments himself, was also proficient and a pleasure to work with.
